Ascend’s movement classes are designed to enhance strength, flexibility, endurance and recovery. From Yoga and Breathwork / Meditation to Functional Movement, sprint training Strength & Conditioning, each session is part of a holistic approach to care for your body, support long-term resilience and keep you performing at your best.

kids jiu jitsu
Designed for ages 6 to 14, Ascend’s Kids Classes provide a safe, structured space to build confidence, focus and resilience through skill-based training. Students learn control over strength, develop self-defence and conflict resolution skills, and grow essential life qualities like respect, teamwork and problem-solving. empowering them both on and off the mats.

teen yoga & breathwork
Our Teen Yoga & Breathwork sessions for ages 10–15 offer a mindful space to build strength, focus and self-awareness. These classes provide a gentle pause in a busy world, helping teens connect with their bodies, calm their minds and cultivate confidence through movement and breath.
